Our best selling bacon! Ready for your house to be filled with the scent of maple syrup? We use 100% Pure Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar to get that wonderful Maple flavor! Our Maple Bacon is best cooked at low heat or in the oven to reduce the chance of burning. Remember to cook slow and low! It is worth the wait!
Our Bacon is dry cured for 14 days then smoked with applewood. A 14-16 days process that makes our bacon the best!!! Our Half Belly offers 8 to 8.5 pounds of bacon. Bacon is Vac Packed into 1 pound vac bags for your convenience. There will also be a vac bag with the “odd ends” of the belly. These slices or chunks come from the ends of the pork belly. Great for recipes or all by themselves!
