Craving that salt? Named after our "Mammy" who LOVES extra salty bacon and what started as a single pork belly Christmas present has turned into a customer favorite! What more is there to say? Love Bacon? Love Salt? This is for you!
Our Bacon is dry cured for 14 days then smoked with applewood. A 14-16 days process that makes our bacon the best!!! Our Half Belly offers 8 to 8.5 pounds of bacon. Bacon is Vac Packed into 1 pound vac bags for your convenience. There will also be a vac bag with the “odd ends” of the belly. These slices or chunks come from the ends of the pork belly. Great for recipes or all by themselves!
